A promo card originally available as part of The Secret Cabal's 2020 Kickstarter campaign.
Cupid is a God card. Text on the card says "When Constructing: If you build next to exactly two buildings, built by different players (can include you), both players gain a Senator. This is in addition to the regular effects of your Construct action.
